A “Unified Development Ordinance”, including its general provisions, zoning regulations, subdivision regulations, development standards, and definitions is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference by the governing body of the City of Bonner Springs, Kansas, by Ordinance No. 2561.

Said regulations been subsequently amended by the ordinances enumerated in the history of this code section.
