There is hereby incorporated by reference for the purpose of regulating the subdivision of land within the corporate limits of the City, the “2006 Subdivision Regulations” prepared by the Bonner Springs Development Staff, 205 E. 2nd Street, Bonner Springs, Kansas 66012, such incorporation being authorized by K.S.A. 12‑3009 through 12‑3012, inclusive, as amended. At least one (1) copy of said Subdivision Regulations shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as Incorporated by Ordinance No. 2124 of the City of Bonner Springs, Kansas”, and to which shall be attached a copy of this ordinance, and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. All persons duly charged with enforcing and administering said Subdivision Regulations shall be provided copies thereof. The Subdivision Regulations as adopted under Ordinance No. 1458 and amended under Ordinance No.’s 1600, 1633, 1645, 1718, 1745, 1779, 1884 and 2091 are hereby repealed.

Pursuant to the authority of Charter Ordinance No. 29, Law Enforcement, the Planning Director or other City Employee as designated in writing by the City Manager shall have the authority to issue notices to appear for violations of this article.
