There are hereby incorporated by reference as if set out fully herein, the zoning regulations adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Bonner Springs, Kansas entitled “Bonner Springs, Kansas Zoning Ordinance” as prepared by the Bonner Springs Planning Department adopted by Ordinance No. 1461 with subsequent amendments thereto with no fewer than one (1) copy of the subdivision regulations, marked “Official Copy as Incorporated by the Code of the City of Bonner Springs” and to which there shall be a published copy of this Section attached, shall be filed with the City Clerk to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. Subsequent amendments may be made by ordinance.

Pursuant to the authority of Charter Ordinance No. 29, Law Enforcement, the Planning Director or other City Employee as designated in writing by the City Manager shall have the authority to issue notices to appear for violations of this article.
